¹When Sangjenim’s Incarnation Day approached that year, Jeon Jun-yeop expressed to Taemonim his plans for assembling the visiting followers to establish stewardship standards for the dojang, and She approved these plans.²Jun-yeop then consulted with Go Chan-hong and Yi Geun-mok, and they agreed to convene a meeting. Afterward, Jun-yeop and Geun-mok traveled throughout Chungcheongnam-do Province while Chang-hong visited all the surrounding areas of Impi Township and Okgu County, notifying the followers of this meeting.

³On September 5, regional representatives convened at the dojang, and after discussions, they organized the regions into fifteen prefectures, each of which would be designated the duty of preparing one of the fourteen chiseongs held at the dojang every year.⁴They proposed that the prefectures would take turns bearing the 120-won cost of major chiseongs or the eighty-won cost of minor chiseongs. They then presented their proposal to Taemonim,⁵who said, “If that is the consensus, then so be it,” thus granting Her approval. It was further decided that this proposal would be implemented beginning Sangjenim’s Incarnation Day, on September 19.
